Balla Top is a casual feminine top with long sleeves made in leftover cotton. The top is delicately decorated with ruffles made with scallop edges. In the neckline you will find a small ruffle and a slit at center front. You can tie it at the front neck by using the set of bow tie strings or you can wear it open. The sleeves have elastic inside the sleeve opening for a gorgeous balloon effect.
