When making a complaint, please include your order number, attach photos of the product's defects and describe the problem in as much detail as possible. We will then get back to you by e-mail with a solution. Please note that complaints sent via cash-on-delivery will not be accepted. If you bought your product from one of our retailers, please contact them directly regarding the complaint.
Please note that defects caused by improper use, improper maintenance or normal wear and tear are not considered a valid reason. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible and within 14 days after the error has been discovered.
NOTE
Many of our products are made from recycled materials that have been re-designed into beautiful SISSEL EDELBO styles. Therefore, you might find that these styles have small imperfections in terms of the material being recycled. This could for instance be loose threads, small stains or porous fabric. These small imperfections are evidence of the fabric's authentic life and its history. In many cases, small mistakes like these will not be considered a complaint, as it is inevitable that recycled fabric differs from conventional clothing design.
