We are not able to withdraw the discount manually from your order, if you forgot to use your discount code. In most cases you are able to save your discount code and use it later for another order.
Make sure that the minimum requirements for the discount code is meet.

After we have packed and shipped out your order, you will receive an email with tracking number.
- Make sure to Pack the item securely.
- Include a note with you invoice number, and what you want regarding your return.
- Send the package back to us, to the address below.

After we have processed your return, you will receive a refund within 2-4 days.
If you have a claim, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with you order number, a description of the issue together with some photos.
Since most of our products are unique, it is not possible to exchange it to a different size.
If you bought a Sissel Edelbo product in a store, you will need to contact the store to return it.
The short answer is no. Since most of our products are unique, it will most likely not be back in stock, unless it is returned by a customer.
