ORDER

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you need to make changes to your order, please e-mail us at webshop@sissel-edelbo.com.

NOTE
We cannot make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, after we have packed and shipped your order, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking link, so you can track the order all the way to you.

NOTE
It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

What happens after I place my order, and when can I expect to receive it?

All orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays are usually shipped the same day.

When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number so you can track your shipment. 

NOTE
Once you have confirmed your order, it cannot be canceled. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully review your information before approving your order. Orders are not delivered on weekends or public holidays.

PRE-ORDERS

How do pre-orders work?

When you place a pre-order, payment will only be charged once the item is available in stock and ready for shipping. If your order includes both pre-order items and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together when all items are available.

NOTE
If you would like the in-stock items to be delivered before the pre-order items, we recommend placing a separate order.

HOW DO PRE-ORDERS WORK
- Place your pre-order
- The item will be reserved for you
- Once the item arrives at our warehouse, it will be shipped, and payment will be processed
- Your return period begins from the date of delivery

DELIVERY

Which countries do you deliver to?

We ship to most parts of the world. If you encounter any issues completing your order from your country, feel free to e-mail us at webshop@sissel-edelbo.com, and we will check if we can ship to your country.

If your country is not part of the European Union, you will need to pay customs duties to receive your package. Any costs associated with this are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We do no longer ship to UK.

RETURN

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

You can use our return portal if you live in The Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Belgium or France:

Any return costs, you incur yourself. Please send your return shipment to or deliver your return shipment to:

Remember to place a small note with your order number in the return shipment, so we can identify your return shipment, when we receive it. We only accept return shipments send to the address above. Return shipments send to parcel shops for example, will not be picked up and will therefore be send back to the customer. The request for cancellation must be notified to us on e-mail webshop@sissel-edelbo.com no later than 14 days after the delivery.

The returned package must be received by us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

RETURN LABEL COSTS

You can purchase a return to below countries:

  • The Netherlands
  • Germany,
  • Sweden
  • Belgium
  • France

The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return Policy for Countries Not Supported by the Return Portal

If you are in a country where we cannot provide a return label, you will need to arrange your return shipment through a local post office. Please send your return package directly to our address:

NOTE
-Do not send your return package to a parcel shop, as we cannot pick it up, and it will be returned to you on your costs
- Include a note with your order number inside the package so we can identify your return
- All costs associated with returning the package, including shipping and any customs fees, are the responsibility of the customer

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have a 14-days full refund period for goods purchased at www.sissel-edelbo.com. This period begins on the day your order is delivered.

The request for cancellation must be e-mailed to us at webshop@sissel-edelbo.com no later than 14 days after delivery. Return costs, including any fees or additional charges, are the responsibility of the customer. 

DISCOUNT CODES

Forgot to use your discount code?

Unfortunately, we cannot manually apply a discount code to an order once it has been placed. However, in most cases, you can save your discount code and use it for a future order. 

I have a discount code that is not working

Make sure that the minimum requirements for the discount code is meet. If you are still having issues, please contact customer service on e-mail: webshop@sissel-edelbo.com.
