PRE-ORDER

When you place apre-order, payment will only be charged once the item is available in stock and ready for shipping.

If your order includes both pre-orderitems and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together when all items are available.

HOW DO OUR PRE-ORDERS WORK?
  1. Place your pre-order.
  2. The item will be reserved for you.
  3. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, it will be shipped, and payment will be processed.
  4. Your return period begins from the date of delivery.

NOTE
If you would like the in-stock items to be delivered before the pre-order items, we recommend placing a separate order.
