Please note that it costs 15€ (The Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Belgium) And 18€ (France) to order a return label, the amount will be withdrawn from the return amount from your order.

Remember to place a small note with your order number in the return shipment, so we can identify your return shipment, when we receive it. We only accept return shipments send to the address above. Return shipments send to parcel shops for example, will not be picked up and will therefore be send back to the customer. The request for cancellation must be notified to us on e-mail no later than 14 days after the delivery.

The returned package must be received by us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

A handling fee of €22 will be withdrawn from your refund amount when you return a package from outside the European Union.

Since most of our styles are unique, it is not possible to change your order from one size to another. If you have bought a SISSEL EDELBO product in a physical store, you cannot exchange it through the SISSEL EDELBO webshop. We can only process orders bought directly at 

You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. This means that you can try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store. If the item is tested or used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of decreased value. If hangtags have been removed from the product, it is considered a large decrease in the value of the product. In this case, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amounts will be refunded. It is up to SISSEL EDELBO ApS to evaluate the item's condition.

As a consumer, you have 24 months right to claim, which means that you can either get the defective item repaired, exchanged, get the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is required that the claim is authorized and that the damage is not occurred by incorrect use. We recommend you to make a claim as quickly as possible and within 2 months after the error has been detected.Warranty complaints will not be accepted if they are sent by the cash-on-delivery system.

All our styles are made of the beautiful reused saris, which have beenworn by Indian women for decades before they were carefully selected and thenre-designed into SISSEL EDELBO styles. The small imperfections that can occur, tell a story about the fabric’s authentic life from the past. These small imperfections will in most cases not be considered a warranty issue.
