Delivery

ORDER
After having placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. After that you will receive a Track & Trace number on email as well, when your order has been shipped. This means you can track your shipment's whereabouts. When your order is ready for pick-up at your local parcel shop or as soon as it arrives at your address, you will receive an email.

DELIVERY
All orders placed before 3pm on weekdays, we try our hardest to ship the same day. The estimated delivery time is 2-5 weekdays. However, it depends on how far the shipment must travel.

Please note that Sissel Edelbo Aps cannot be held accountable for any delays at the shipping company.

SHIPPING TO NON-EU COUNTRIES
If you live outside the European Union you have to pay VAT when you receive your order. All costs associated with this, is solely on the customer. If you wish to return an order from outside of the European Union, we will subtract a handling fee of €28 due to VAT fee from your return value.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS – UK SHIPPING
Due to restrictions caused by Brexit, we no longer offer shipping to the United Kingdom.
