Nia Jacket

Nia Jacket is a loose fit jacket made from vintage blankets covered with fabric remnants appliquéd by hand. The jacket is made with a delicate shawl collar and has dropped shoulders and wrist length sleeves. The jacket has pockets at front and comes with a detachable belt for a more feminine shape. All seams and edges are covered by striped cotton tapes.

This blanket wear item has been made from crafted blankets embroidered in India by skilled artisans. By using human hands we cherish traditional Indian handwork and our love for slow fashion and traditional crafts. As part of the process, you might notice small differences between the front and back, a natural detail of this unique craft.
