Fran Dress

Fran Dress has a feminine, loose fit and is made in leftover seersucker in yarn dyed checks. The combination of triangle inserts, and the fabric’s lightness creates an elegant drape. It features voluminous raglan sleeves, gathered at the top and at the sleeve openings. The dress has a round neckline with a V-shape at the front and is detailed with contrasting bindings along the seams and edges, adorned with poetic embroidery.

At SISSEL EDELBO, we love to find new, innovative ways to make fashionable clothes. One way is to use leftover fabrics found in markets and in our supplier’s stockrooms, also called ‘deadstock fabrics’. As part of our values, we cherish the idea of using different kind of existing leftover fabrics instead of producing new materials. Our styles made in the leftover fabrics will always be limited edition, due to the limited fabric amount that is left.
